Who we are
We’re a small millworks business called Best Deal Millworks – founded, run and managed by Mr. Tam Le. Our website address is https://www.bestdealmillworks.com.com. We mainly build and sell custom doors, windows, flooring, and related millworks products.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
We have a number of contact and quote forms, including our online shop. When visitors contact us via one of these forms, we collect the data shown in the form as well as the visitor’s IP address.
We use this information to reply to you regarding your enquiry or to provide support for our products and services. We do not share this information with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. The data stored from the contact forms is deleted periodically (max. 1 year).

We mostly use embedded videos from YouTube. They’re pretty reliable with their data handling so hopefully there is nothing to worry about.

How long we retain your data
If you make a purchase, we retain your order details for at least 8 years – for accounting purposes.
Your profile information, which is created upon purchasing a product on our site, will be kept indefinitely (unless you request us to remove it).
Finally, we keep Google Analytics and other tracking data indefinitely, to allow for a smooth running of our business and compare analytics trends over the years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
